| Do I need an appointment to visit? |

| Does Jorgensen offer any planning support? |
Yes. Every wedding package includes a designated Venue Coordinator who manages your day-of timeline, vendor coordination, ceremony rehearsal, processional, and standard decor setup — including card box, guest book, signs, table numbers, menu and frames placement. For couples who want additional planning and design support, our Concierge Package adds a third planning meeting, a personalized vision board, a curated vendor list, outside rental management, and premium decor design and setup. Ask your sales contact for details. |
| What is the maximum capacity for weddings? |
| Both The Gardens and Oak Grove can host up to 250 guests for a ceremony and reception. The Greenhouse at Oak Grove seats up to 200 guests, with standing room for an additional 50. |
| What additional services do you provide? |
| We also provide custom Floral Design, Content Creation, and host overnight guests in our Farmhouse! |
| What is Content Creation? |
| Content Creation is an add-on service that captures candid, behind-the-scenes clips in addition to your key moments and delivers edited, shareable videos within days after your wedding. |
| How many guests does the Farmhouse accommodate? |
| The Farmhouse sleeps 10 guests and is available first come, first serve to all Jorgensen Clients. You may locate pricing, photos, and amenities in our Venue’s Page. |
Catering
| Is catering included in my wedding package? |

| Jorgensen Catering is required for all Classic and Micro Wedding packages and is priced separately from your venue rental. A food and beverage minimum applies. We cook from scratch using ingredients grown on our land and sourced from local partners who share our values. |
| Can I bring in outside food or catering? |
| Outside catering is not permitted. Jorgensen Catering is our exclusive in-house partner. |
| Can dietary restrictions or custom menu requests be accommodated? |
| Dietary meals can absolutely be accommodated. These meals will be prepared accordingly and delivered directly to the guest, regardless of service style. |
Floral
| Am I required to use Jorgensen Floral Design? |

| Jorgensen Floral is optional for weddings. If you choose to add Jorgensen Floral, it is a separate contract amendment with a minimum spend. You are also welcome to work with an outside florist. |
| Are your florals sourced from the farm? |
| Our in-house floral team draws from seasonal varieties grown right on the farm, supplemented by blooms from trusted partners. |
| Can I request flowers that aren’t in season? |
| Seasonal availability shapes what’s grown on-site, but our floral team works with trusted suppliers to source a wide range of blooms year-round. Your floral consultation is the best place to talk through your vision, and our designers will advise on what’s available for your date. |
