 | Wildflower Honey |
Jorgensen Farms honey is made primarily from clover, alfalfa, wildflowers, buckwheat, blackberries, herbs, dandelions and goldenrod. Honey differs in color and taste depending on the blossoms the honeybees visit to collect nectar.
All Jorgensen Farms honey is raw, honeycomb as it exists in the beehive or by extraction without adding heat. Raw honey contains some pollen and may contain small particles of wax. Local raw honey is sought after by allergy sufferers as the pollen impurities are thought to lesson the sensitivity to hay fever.

Jorgensen Farms honey is enjoyed in three forms:

COMB HONEY

The honey is sold still in the wax comb. After removal from the hive, the honeycomb is placed in clearplastic container.
